Mr. Vikas Koli is a distinguished civil engineer and real estate strategist with over 28 years of extensive experience across infrastructure, urban development, hospitality, education, and real estate. Renowned for his visionary leadership and result-oriented approach, Mr. Koli has played a pivotal role in shaping some of India’s most transformative initiatives in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Koli has held senior leadership positions in reputed government bodies, including his role as Director at the National Highways Authority of India (Maharashtra & Goa) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. Additionally, he has served with the Airports Authority of India and the Municipal Corporation of Thane City.

A significant contributor to the strategic growth of the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA), Mr. Koli brings more than two decades of on-ground experience complemented by an extensive grassroots stakeholder network. His deep understanding of regional dynamics, combined with insights into emerging governmental policies, allows him to accurately assess and identify high-potential land assets, well in advance of market trends.

In his role as an entrepreneur, Mr. Koli has successfully led projects across the real estate, hospitality, and education sectors, merging technical expertise with strategic business insights.
